Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for Crece Union de Credit to Operate as a Credit Union
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the second point, fraction II of the authorization granted to Crece Union de Credit, S.A. de C.V., to align with approved amendments to its social bylaws. The authorized social capital is set at $50,000,000.00 Mexican pesos, represented by 36,000,000 shares divided into 29,000,000 Series A and 7,000,000 Series C fixed capital shares without withdrawal rights, and 14,000,000 Series B variable capital shares with withdrawal rights, each having a nominal value of $1.00 Mexican peso.
