Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for PayPal Payments Mexico, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorization terms for PayPal Payments Mexico, S.A.P.I. de C.V., to reflect its change of corporate name from Inguz Digital, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and to update its fixed share capital to $6,785,388.00 MXN represented by 2,907,968 ordinary Class I shares. The entity is authorized to organize and operate under the new denomination PayPal Payments Mexico, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution.
