Official Letter Modifying Resolutives of Authorization for Grupo Financiero Aserta Following Insurance Company Name Change
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the first, third, fourth, fifth, and tenth resolutives of the authorization granted to Grupo Financiero Aserta, S.A. de C.V. to reflect the change of denomination of its insurance subsidiary from Alcanza Seguros, S.A. de C.V. to Aserta Seguros Vida, S.A. de C.V. The resolution updates the list of financial entities comprising the financial group and restates the full authorization terms, including the control company's object, capital maintenance requirements, and applicable regulations.
