OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization granted to CI Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. for the organization and operation of said entity.

By official letter 312-3/14812/2021 dated June 2, 2021, this Commission took note of the increase in the social capital of CI Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. (CI Casa de Bolsa), from the amount of $83,433,815.00 to $85,090,397.00, in terms of the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting minutes held on December 28, 2020.

Regarding this, in compliance with the requirement contained in the aforementioned official letter, with a document submitted on August 24, 2021, through the email address VPSupervisiónB@cnbv.gob.mx, CI Casa de Bolsa presented to this Commission a copy of the first certified copy of public deed number 169,366 dated June 7, 2021, granted before the notary public Licentiate Amando Mastachi Aguario, public notary number 121 of Mexico City, and registered in the Public Property and Commerce Registry of this same city on July 28, 2021, under commercial folio 364990-1, in which the statutory modification in question was formalized.

Therefore, this Commission, based on Article 114, last paragraph of the Securities Market Law, has resolved to modify the Second Base, fraction III of the "Authorization for the organization and operation of the stock brokerage house to be named 'Vanguardia Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.'" currently "CI Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.", contained in official letter 312-3/523655/2006 issued by this Commission on November 30, 2006, and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 30, 2007, last modified by official letter 312-3/0095/2020 dated March 18, 2020, and published in said Gazette on July 31, 2020, to read as follows:

III. The fixed minimum social capital without withdrawal rights shall be $85,090,397.00 (eighty-five million ninety thousand three hundred ninety-seven pesos 00/100 MXN).

Furthermore, based on Articles 114, last paragraph, 350, and 360 of the Securities Market Law and Article 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, CI Casa de Bolsa is required to inform this authority of the date of publication of the text of this official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and in two widely circulated newspapers at its social address, within a period of ten business days counted from the date of the aforementioned publications. Such publications must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on Articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law; 12, 17, fraction X, 24, fractions I, subsection e), II, III, and last paragraph, 40, fractions I and IV, and 58 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
