Official Letter Modifying Terms of Authorization for Union de Crédito Agrícola de Huatabampo, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the second point, fraction II, of the authorization granted to Unión de Crédito Agrícola de Huatabampo, S.A. de C.V., setting its authorized social capital at $120,000,000.00 MXN, divided into 120,000,000 nominal shares of $1.00 each, split into Series A (119,900,000 shares) and Series B (100,000 shares). The entity is required to inform the authority of the publication date of this official letter in the Federal Official Gazette within ten business days of publication, and to process the matter within fifteen business days of receiving the letter. This modification stems from an increase in social capital approved by the shareholders' general extraordinary assembly on July 25, 2019.
