Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for Hey Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banregio Financial Group
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Hey Banco, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Banregio Grupo Financiero to reflect an increase in its social capital to $1,400,000,000.00 MXN. This change formalizes the statutory amendment approved on September 27, 2024, following a shareholder resolution. Hey Banco is required to publish the official text of this letter in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter.
