Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for the Establishment in Mexico of Banco Julius Baer & Co. Ltd., Representation Office in Mexico
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies Article III of the First Base of the authorization for the establishment in Mexico of the Representation Office of Banco Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. to designate Mr. Francisco Buch Torres as its legal representative. The entity is required to publish the official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and report the publication date to the Commission within ten business days following the publication, with the publication process to be completed within fifteen business days of receiving the letter.
