Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for the Organization and Operation of Banco Bancrea, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The Fifth Base of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Bancrea, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, is modified to establish its paid-in capital at $1,380,632,928.00 MXN. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the entity to report the publication dates of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within 15 business days following such publications. These publications must be processed within 15 business days after receipt of this letter.
