Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for the Organization and Operation of Banco Bineo, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banorte Financial Group
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Banco Bineo, S.A., increasing its social capital to $3,125,000,000.00 Mexican pesos. This change formalizes the statutory amendment approved in August 2024 following a capital increase. The institution is required to publish the official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and to report the publication dates to the Commission within fifteen business days of those publications.
