Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for the Organization and Operation of Banco Forjadores, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Banco Forjadores, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple to reflect a social capital of $531,316,150.00 MXN, resulting from two capital increases formalized in public deeds. The entity is required to publish the modification in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and to report the publication dates to the Commission within fifteen business days following those publications.
