Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Bases for the Organization and Operation of Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The CNBV modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano, S.A. to reflect a paid-in social capital of $1,521,884,300.00 MXN, resulting from previous capital increases. The bank is required to publish the modification in the Official Federal Diary and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and to report the publication dates to the authority within fifteen business days following those publications.
