Official Letter Modifying the Authorization for Grupo Mexicano de Seguros, S.A. de C.V. to Organize, Operate, and Function as an Insurance Institution
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties modifies the authorization granted to Grupo Mexicano de Seguros, S.A. de C.V. to include the agricultural and livestock lines of damage insurance within its authorized business scope. This amendment updates Article Two of the authorization to explicitly list these new lines alongside existing ones such as civil liability, fire, and automobile insurance. The institution is required to publish this official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within 120 days of notification.
