Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Granted to Cardif Mexico Seguros de Vida, S.A. de C.V.
The National Commission for Insurance and Sureties modifies the authorization for Cardif Mexico Seguros de Vida, S.A. de C.V. to operate as an insurance institution by updating its corporate statutes. The changes include removing the reference to the Federal District from the company's domicile, setting the social capital in Investment Units payable in national currency, and explicitly authorizing life insurance and accident and sickness insurance operations. The modified authorization terms are published in full within the resolution, and the institution is required to publish the resolutions in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within 120 days of notification.
