Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Granted to HSBC Seguros, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero HSBC
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies the authorization granted to HSBC Seguros, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero HSBC, to eliminate the specific reference to the institution's capital amount. The authorization is amended to establish that the institution must maintain the minimum paid-in capital determined for the relevant year for each authorized operation and line of business, expressed in Investment Units and paid in national currency. This change follows the approval of the modification to the Sixth Clause of the institution's bylaws, which set its social capital at $620,296,580.00 Mexican National Currency.
