Official Letter modifying the authorization granted to Medi Access Seguros de Salud, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as an insurance institution
The National Insurance and Bonding Commission modifies the authorization for Medi Access Seguros de Salud, S.A. de C.V. to reflect the change of its corporate domicile from San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, to Mexico City. The resolution also updates the capital requirements, stipulating that the institution's capital must be expressed in Investment Units and paid in national currency, while removing specific fixed capital amounts. These resolutions must be published in the Official Federal Diary and two widely circulated newspapers within 120 days of notification.
