Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Granted to MetLife Más, S.A. de C.V. to Operate as a Subsidiary Insurance Institution
The National Insurance and Bonding Commission modifies the authorization granted to MetLife Más, S.A. de C.V. to reflect a change in its related party from American Life Insurance Company to MetLife International Holdings, LLC., following the transfer of 99.9997546% of its share capital. The resolution also updates the legal basis for the authorization to the current Insurance and Bonding Institutions Law and formally establishes Mexico City as the institution's social domicile. These modifications are effective upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within 120 days of notification.
