Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Granted to Zurich Fianzas Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
The National Insurance and Bonds Commission modifies the authorization for Zurich Fianzas Mexico, S.A. de C.V. to remove the "financial bonds" sub-line from its business scope, update its registered domicile from "Federal District" to "Mexico City," and adjust its capital requirements to be expressed in Investment Units and paid in national currency. The modified authorization is effective immediately upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within 120 days of notification.
