Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the social capital of Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution to $708,782,000.00 MXN, reflecting a decrease resulting from the entity's spin-off. Deutsche Bank is required to publish the text of this modification in the Official Federal Diary and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the official letter. The publication must also be reported to the Commission within fifteen business days from the date of publication.
