Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of Banco PagaTodo, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Banco PagaTodo, S.A., to reflect a total social capital of $386,300,000.00 Mexican pesos following three capital increases. The institution is required to inform the authority of the publication dates in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within ten business days of publication, with the publications to be processed within fifteen business days of receiving the official letter.
