Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the social capital of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution to $799,092,000.00 MXN, reflecting an increase of $43,092,000.00 approved in April 2024. The institution is required to publish the modification text in the Official Federal Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the notice, and to inform the authority of the publication dates within fifteen business days of the publication date.
