Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of CBM Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Member of the Citibanamex Financial Group
The CNBV modifies the authorization terms for CBM Banco, S.A., changing its name from Deutsche Bank México, S.A. and integrating it into the Citibanamex Financial Group. The document updates the institution's statutes to reflect the new denomination, indefinite duration, and a social capital of $708,782,000.00 MXN. CBM Banco is required to publish the official letter in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt.
