Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of Banco S3 Caceis Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the name of Banco S3 Mexico, S.A. to Banco S3 Caceis Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers. The institution is required to inform the authority of the publication date within fifteen business days of the official letter's publication and to complete the required newspaper publications within fifteen business days of receiving the letter.
