Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Organization and Operation of Banco Azteca, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorization terms for Banco Azteca, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution to reflect a total social capital of $13,643,505,000.00 MXN, following two capital increases approved in December 2023 and February 2024. Banco Azteca is required to publish the text of this official letter in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the document.
