Based on Article 9, second-to-last paragraph of the Popular Savings and Credit Law (hereinafter "LACP") and due to the reform to the FIRST clause of the bylaws of Fincomún, Servicios Financieros Comunitarios, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. (currently FINCOMÚN, SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS, S.A. DE C.V., S.F.P.), approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (hereinafter "Commission"), through Official Letter No. 311-21134573/2022 dated November 24, 2022, the bases of the authorization to organize and operate previously granted to that popular financial society through Letters 134-302394/2005 and 311-405115/2005 dated October 24, 2005, are modified, to remain under the following terms:

FIRST. -

The name of the company is Fincomún, Servicios Financieros, which will be used followed by the words Variable Capital Anonymous Company, Popular Financial Society or its abbreviation S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

SECOND. -

Its duration will be indefinite.

THIRD. -

Its corporate purpose will include carrying out all the operations indicated in Article 36, fractions I, II and III of the Popular Savings and Credit Law.

FOURTH. -

Its corporate domicile will be located in Mexico City.

FIFTH. -

The company will have an Operation Level III.

SIXTH. -

The authorization referred to in this official letter is, by its very nature,

non-transferable.

SEVENTH. -

The company will be subject to the supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, as well as to auxiliary supervision by a Federation authorized to exercise auxiliary supervision of the popular financial society.

EIGHTH. -

The operations that the company enters into by virtue of the following authorization, as well as

any other operations it carries out, as well as its organization and functioning in general, will be subject, in matters not expressly stated in this official letter, to the

Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, to the treaties or international agreements of which

the Mexican State is a party, to the Popular Savings and Credit Law, to the General

Law of Commercial Societies, to the rules and general provisions applicable to the

popular financial societies issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and

the National Banking and Securities Commission, to the provisions regarding its

operations issued by the Bank of Mexico and to the other laws and provisions in force and

that are issued in the future by any competent authority, including those related to

operations with resources of illicit origin and terrorist financing, which by their

nature are applicable to it.

This official letter is issued based on the legal provisions invoked, as well as on the

exercise of the powers conferred on this Commission

by Articles 147, 155 and 158, fraction IV of the

LACP; 45, fraction I, and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities

Commission.
