Official Letter Modifying the Authorization Terms for the Representation Office of The Export-Import Bank of Korea in Mexico
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the third resolutive clause of the authorization granting The Export-Import Bank of Korea permission to establish a representation office in Mexico. The amendment designates Mr. Eun Soo Park as the representative in charge of the office. The entity is required to publish the official letter in the Official Federal Gazette and report the publication date to the Commission within ten business days following the publication.
