Official Letter modifying the authorization to organize, operate and function as an insurance institution granted to Dentegra Seguros Dentales, S.A.
This document modifies the authorization granted to Dentegra Seguros Dentales, S.A. to organize, operate, and function as a health-specialized insurance institution. The modification eliminates references to the entity being a subsidiary of a foreign insurance institution and updates the social domicile to Mexico City. Additionally, it establishes that the institution's minimum paid-in capital must be expressed in Investment Units and covered in national currency in accordance with Article 49 of the Law of Insurance and Bonding Institutions. The resolution amends the Preamble and Articles One, Two, and Three of the original authorization terms.
