OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the operating authorization granted to Union de Credito Allende, S.A. de C.V.

The terms of the operating authorization for that credit union are modified.

Based on Article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the modification of clause sixth of its bylaws, in connection with the increase in its authorized share capital from $130,000,000.00 to $260,000,000.00, as agreed by the extraordinary general assembly of shareholders of that credit union held on May 20, 2021, this Commission deems it appropriate to modify point Second, fraction II of the operating authorization granted to it via official letter number 601-II-24776 dated May 24, 1993, to read as follows:

II.- The authorized share capital shall be $260,000,000.00 (two hundred sixty million pesos 00/100 M.N.) represented by 2,000,000 shares of the "A" Series corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 600,000 shares of the "B" Series representing variable capital with withdrawal rights, all with a nominal value of $100.00 (one hundred pesos), each.
