Official Letter Modifying the Operating Authorization Terms for Union de Credito Allende, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the operating authorization for Union de Credito Allende, S.A. de C.V. to increase its authorized share capital from $130,000,000.00 to $260,000,000.00 Mexican pesos. This amendment updates the authorization's second point, fraction II, to reflect the new capital structure consisting of 2,000,000 fixed capital 'A' series shares and 600,000 variable capital 'B' series shares, each with a nominal value of $100.00. The change is effective based on the agreement reached by the extraordinary general assembly of shareholders on May 20, 2021.
