Official Letter Modifying the Resolutive Clauses of the Authorization for Mizuho Bank, Ltd. Representation Office in Mexico
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the fifth resolutive clause of the authorization for Mizuho Bank, Ltd. to establish a representation office in Mexico, formally appointing Hiroyuki Kitamura as its representative. The entity is required to report the actual date of publication of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation within fifteen business days following the day after the publication becomes effective.
