Official Letter Modifying the Terms of Authorization for the Establishment in National Territory of MUFG Bank, Ltd., Representative Office in Mexico
The terms of the authorization for the establishment of MUFG Bank, Ltd., Representative Office in Mexico are modified to update the legal representative to Mr. Ko Shimomura in substitution of Mr. Masao Sasamaya. The representative office must notify the Bank of Mexico and the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit of this modification within ten calendar days following receipt of the letter, attaching a copy thereof. Additionally, the office is required to inform the National Banking and Securities Commission of the publication date in the Official Gazette of the Federation within ten business days of such publication, which must be processed within fifteen business days of receiving this letter.
