Official Letter Modifying the Terms of Authorization for Union de Credito de la Industria de la Construccion de San Luis Potosi, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the operational authorization for Union de Credito de la Industria de la Construccion de San Luis Potosi, S.A. de C.V. to reflect a change in its authorized social capital. The authorized capital is set at 40,000,000.00 Mexican pesos, represented by 40,000 Series "A" shares with a nominal value of 1,000.00 Mexican pesos each. This modification results from a reform to the entity's social statutes approved by its shareholders on November 24, 2020.
