Based on Article 14, second-to-last paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the reform to Article Six of the social statutes of Union de Credito de la Industria de la Construccion de San Luis Potosi, S.A. de C.V., agreed upon in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 24, 2020, this National Banking and Securities Commission modifies point Second, fraction II of the authorization to operate granted to this credit union via official letter 601-II-10143 dated March 20, 1992, to read as follows:
