This official letter modifies the terms of the authorization for the establishment within national territory of MUFG Bank, Ltd., Representative Office in Mexico by appointing Yusuke Komori as the new representative, replacing Ko Shimomura. The Representative Office must notify the Bank of Mexico and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of this modification within 10 calendar days of receiving the letter. Additionally, the office must inform the National Banking and Securities Commission of the publication date in the Official Gazette of the Federation within 10 business days of publication, which must be processed within 15 business days of receipt.
