Official Letter modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Covalto, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
This official letter modifies Base Five of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Covalto, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, establishing the amount of its paid-in capital stock at $1,807,968,695.00 MXN. Banco Covalto is required to publish the text of this letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers of its corporate domicile within 15 business days of receipt and must inform the authority of the publication date. These modifications follow previous approvals regarding capital increases formalized through public deeds registered between November 2022 and May 2023.
