The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Intercam Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Intercam Financial Group are modified to update the social capital amount to $2,818 ' 988,910.00 Mexican pesos. This change formalizes a previously approved capital increase based on a certified public deed dated December 13, 2022. The institution is required to report the publication date of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt.
