Official Letter modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution are modified to update Point Third of the original resolution, establishing the share capital at $639,740,970.00 MXN. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the bank to report the publication date of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt. These changes follow the formalization of the statutory modification via public deed 67,048 dated July 14, 2022.
