Official Letter modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Bank of America México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Bank of America México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution are modified to approve an increase in social capital from $4,453,246,056.00 to $6,229,289,556.00 national currency. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the entity to report the publication date of this modification order in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt. These changes formalize the amendment to Article Six of the corporate bylaws based on the extraordinary shareholders' assembly held on May 25, 2023.
