Official Letter Modifying the Terms of the Authorization to Operate as a Credit Union for Union de Credit Agricolas de Cuauhtemoc, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorized social capital of Union de Credit Agricolas de Cuauhtemoc, S.A. de C.V. to 2,000,000,000.00 Mexican pesos, represented by 16,000,000 Series A fixed capital shares and 4,000,000 Series B variable capital shares, each with a nominal value of 100.00 Mexican pesos. This amendment aligns the authorization with the reform to the seventh clause of the entity's bylaws approved on May 31, 2024.
