OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union granted to Union de Credit Agricolas de Cuauhtemoc, S.A. de C.V.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.- Vice Presidency of Regulation.- General Directorate of Specialized Authorizations.- Official Letter No. 311-41340/2024.

Based on Article 14, second-to-last paragraph of the Credit Unions Law (LUC) and due to the reform to the seventh clause of the social bylaws of Union de Credit Agricolas de Cuauhtemoc, S.A. de C.V. approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission) via official letter number 311-41150/2024 dated May 31, 2024, point Second, fraction II of the authorization to organize and operate with such status, granted via official letter number 601-II-DA-b-53975 dated January 5, 1994, is modified, to read as follows:

II.- The authorized social capital will be $2,000,000,000.00 (two billion pesos 00/100 M.N.), represented by 16,000,000 Series "A" shares corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 4,000,000 Series "B" shares representing variable capital with withdrawal rights, all of them with a nominal value of $100.00 (one hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.

This official letter is issued based on the legal provision previously cited, as well as in exercise of the powers conferred upon this Commission by Articles 134, 142, and 145, fraction IV of the LUC; 45, fraction I, and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
