OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union granted to Union de Credito Industrial y Agropecuario de la Laguna, S.A. de C.V.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.- Vice Presidency of Regulation.- General Directorate of Specialized Authorizations.- Vice Presidency of Supervision of Development Banking and Popular Finance.- General Directorate of Credit Union Supervision.- Official Letter No. 311-13230/2025.

TERMS OF THE AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE AS A CREDIT UNION ARE MODIFIED.

LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

Based on Article 14, second-to-last paragraph of the Credit Unions Law (LUC) and due to the reform to Article Sixth of the social bylaws of Union de Credito Industrial y Agropecuario de la Laguna, S.A. de C.V., approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission via Official Letter No. 311-13229/2025 dated January 31, 2025, point Second, fraction II of the authorization to organize and operate with such status, granted via Official Letter No. 601-II-18312 dated November 4, 1949, is modified to read as follows:

II.- The authorized social capital is $64,200,000.00 (SIXTY-FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 M.N.), represented by 642,000 (SIX HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND) common, ordinary, registered shares with full voting rights, series "A" of the fixed capital, with a nominal value of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS 00/100 M.N.) each, fully subscribed and paid, and the variable portion will be represented by common, ordinary registered shares, series "B", with a nominal value of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS 00/100 M.N.) each.

This official letter is issued based on the legal provisions cited above, as well as in exercise of the powers conferred in Article 142 of the LUC; Articles 1, 2, fraction IV, subsection a), 4, fraction I, 10, fraction V of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission; as well as Articles 1, 3, fraction V, 4, fraction II, subsection B; numerals 7) and 32), 14, 22, fractions I, subsection a) and III and last paragraph, 45, fraction I and 64, first and third paragraphs of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission, published in the DOF on February 28, 2022.
