The National Commission of Insurance and Guarantees establishes annual and monthly inspection and supervision fees totaling $650,100,000.00 MXN for insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies for the 2021 fiscal year. These fees are calculated based on data from December 31, 2020, and must be paid in advance during the first five days of each month via electronic transfer. Institutions are required to submit payment receipts by the 15th of each month, with additional guarantee issuance fees applying to specific listed entities.
