Official Letter No. 366-III-146/19: Publication of Annual and Monthly Inspection and Surveillance Fees for Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies for the 2019 Fiscal Year
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit establishes the annual and monthly inspection and surveillance fees for insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies for the 2019 fiscal year, totaling 528.3 million pesos. These fees are calculated based on information as of December 31, 2018, and must be paid in advance during the first five days of each month via the E5cinco electronic payment system. Institutions must submit payment receipts to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds by the 15th of each respective month, with additional entities required to cover separate amounts for bond operations.
