Official Letter Revoking Authorization for Consejo de Asistencia al Microemprendedor, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P., to Operate as a Popular Financial Society
The authorization for Consejo de Asistencia al Microemprededor, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. (CAME/SOFIPO) to organize and operate as a Popular Financial Society is revoked by the National Banking and Securities Commission. As of the notification date of this resolution, the entity will be incapacitated from carrying out operations and will enter a state of dissolution and liquidation, in accordance with article 37, penultimate paragraph, of the Popular Savings and Credit Law. This decision is based on the finding that the cause for revocation, as per article 37 section V of the Popular Savings and Credit Law, has been updated.
