Official Letter Revoking Authorization for Union de Credito Credipyme, S.A. de C.V. to Operate as a Credit Union
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Union de Credito Credipyme, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a credit union, citing the failure to provide elements to disprove the revocation cause under Article 97, Section IX of the Credit Unions Law. Effective upon notification, the entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law.
