Official Letter Revoking the Authorization Granted to Unión de Crédito Empresarial de Cuauhtémoc, S.A. de C.V., to Operate as a Credit Union
The authorization for Unión de Crédito Empresarial de Cuauhtémoc, S.A. de C.V. to organize and function as a Credit Union is revoked based on grounds established in Article 97, sections II and XIV, of the Credit Unions Law. Upon notification of this resolution, the entity is disabled from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law. This decision was adopted by the Governing Board of the National Banking and Securities Commission during its ordinary session on March 31, 2023.
