Official Letter revoking the authorization granted to Unión de Crédito Industrial y Comercial de la Construcción del Estado de México, S.A de C.V., to operate as a Credit Union
The authorization for Industrial and Commercial Construction Credit Union of the State of Mexico, S.A de C.V. to organize and function as a Credit Union is revoked based on grounds established in Article 97, sections II and XIV of the Credit Unions Law. Consequently, the entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law. This resolution takes effect upon notification of the decision to the legal representative of the society.
