Authorization was granted to Caja Solidaria Coroneo, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loans operations with a Level I operations level under its current name. This decision follows a favorable opinion from the Auxiliary Supervision Committee of the Fund for Auxiliary Supervision of Savings and Loan Cooperative Societies and Protection of Their Savers after the entity exceeded assets equivalent to 2,500,000 Investment Units. The authorization is non-transferable, establishes the entity's domicile in the State of Guanajuato with indefinite duration, and subjects it to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and applicable laws regarding illicit resources and terrorism financing.
