Official Letter whereby the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Intercam Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Intercam Financial Group are modified
This official letter modifies Point Third of the resolution authorizing the organization and operation of Intercam Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Intercam Financial Group, establishing its social capital at $1,999,509,910.00. The Commission requires Intercam Banco to report the publication date of this modification letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt. These changes follow previous approvals regarding capital decreases and increases formalized through public deeds recorded in the Public Registry of Commerce.
