The authorization terms for the organization and operation of Banco Base, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Base Financial Group are modified by the National Banking and Securities Commission to update the social capital amount to $831,817,554.00 pesos. This modification formalizes a capital increase approved in September 2022 and documented via public deed on September 28, 2022. The entity must report the publication date of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two newspapers within fifteen business days of publication, ensuring such publications are processed within fifteen business days of receiving this letter.
