On Additional Measures to Further Develop the Cashless Payment System Based on Plastic Cards
This resolution exempts customs duties on imports of raw materials and software for plastic card and terminal production until January 1, 2020, and authorizes the Central Bank and the Unified Republican Processing Center to produce and sell plastic cards.
