The decision amends the Instruction on the Procedure for Accounting in Non‑Bank Credit Organizations by replacing the term “Кўзда тутилмаган ҳолатлар” with “балансдан ташқари” in articles 44, 99, 137 and removing it from the first paragraph of article 45. It adds new wording to articles 46 and 48 that specifies the order in which a borrower’s debt is covered when a payment is insufficient. The annex revises numerous balance‑sheet account numbers and descriptions, introducing new accounts (e.g., 12411, 14811, 16399, 56839, 93600, 93609, 96379) and changing terminology in balance‑sheet and off‑balance‑sheet items. The amendments become effective on 02.05.2024 and apply to all non‑bank credit organizations.
