This decision amends the Regulation on Transactions with Persons Related to the Bank by adding secured loans backed by deposits at the lending bank to the definition of related-party transactions and removing a previous clause. It establishes specific collateral coverage ratios for loans to related persons: 100% for national currency deposits, 105% for foreign currency deposits, 125% for state securities, and 130% for other collateral instruments. These amendments apply to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan's regulatory framework for banking operations and take effect upon official publication.
