The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan amends several departmental regulatory acts by replacing the term "microcredit" with "microfinance" in titles, preambles, and definitions. These changes apply to the Regulation on Minimum Requirements for Information Security in Information Systems of Microcredit Organizations, Pawnshops, and Mortgage Refinancing Organizations, the Regulation on the Procedure for Digital Identification of Clients, and the Chart of Accounts for Accounting in Commercial Banks. The amendments ensure consistent terminology across these regulatory frameworks effective from the date of official publication.
